The Olympic Nacra 17 is a foiling catamaran. Through Tokyo 2020, the rudders were fixed in position, but now they will be adjustable for the teams. US Sailing team member, Ravi Parent, did a lot of testing on the system and describes how it will change the sailing, and encourage more foiling. https://49er.org/event/2021-world-championship/
