As a result, the beam is much narrower: 5.10 m (16’9”) for this MY 37 compared to 6.63 m (21’9”) for the Lucia 40. These few inches will lighten marina costs. Admittedly, the decks are less wide, closer to the standards of single-hulled boats... but the living space doesn’t suffer: the MY 37 matches the same specifications of her big sisters in terms of comfort. The facilities are particularly attractive for this size, especially the beautiful port-side owner's suite. The range of performances is capable of seducing all audiences: a top speed of 20 knots on the one hand, a range of 1,000 miles at 7 knots on the other. Du coup, la largeur est bien moindre : 5,10 m pour ce MY 37, contre 6,63 pour le Lucia 40. Quelques dizaines de centimètres qui allégeront le prix de la place de port. Certes, les passavants sont du coup moins larges, plus proches des standards des vedettes à une coque… mais le volume habitable n’en souffre pas. Car le MY 37 respecte le cahier des charges de ses grands frères en matière de confort. Les aménagements sont particulièrement séduisants pour cette taille, notamment la très belle suite propriétaire bâbord. Le panel de performances est à même de séduire tous les publics : vitesse de pointe de 20 nœuds d’un côté, autonomie de 1 000 milles à 7 nœuds de l’autre.
