PSSST...MORE DUTCH ISLANDS TO COME IN THE NEXT EPISODE! The division of the island between the Netherlands and France dates back to 1648, under the Treaty of Concordia. The tale goes that it began with walking contest between a Frenchman and a Dutchman.
