Mast Built And Preparing To Fit The Keel - SV Tapatya EP249

The two masts are now completed and we move on to the fitting of the ballast keel. For this, the floor timbers need some prep work and the entire boat has to be jacked up to give us enough clearance to simply slide the keel into position underneath her :-) This is the story of the building of a Jay Benford designed, 31.8ft, junk schooner-rigged cruising sailboat. The videos are a week-by-week record of the build as it progresses and aim to show as much detail as possible of the various aspects of the build.
