This is how I make crab cakes. Here is the recipe I use and it is also in the video as well. 2 pounds jumbo lump or backfin crab meat 4 slices break (crust removed) 4 tbsp.. mayo 4 tsp. Old Bay seasoning 4 tsp. dried parsley flakes 1 tsp. prepared yellow mustard 2 eggs (beaten) mix ingredients in a bowl then form into patties however large you like then cook in a pan with a little oil and butter added if desired as well till golden brown and warm in the middle.
