For March, the LSG Group is proud to present Chef Mduduzi Nkoski and his dish: the Cape Malay Beef Bobotie. Hailing from South Africa himself, it only makes sense that Chef Mduduzi’s dish is a signature of the country. The layered-dish was brought to South Africa by the Dutch and has evolved into what it is known as today. Made with spiced minced meat and topped with an egg-based mixture, it’s a meal that can be flavored according to one’s preference. Whether with or without raisins, or even dried fruits, watch how Chef Mduduzi assembles and creates his version of a bobotie.
