Is wingfoiling easy? Sailing Antigua and Frank makes dinner (SVLB Ep6)

We continued up the Windward islands, leaving Guadalupe and sailed around Antigua. I guess that makes us Leeward now. We try some more wingfoiling and meet up with some very cool Norwegians (aren't they all?) Little Bird is named in honor of Cecilia Rose.
