Switch "saute" mode on your pressure cooker ( or just on a pan) and fry carrots and onions in a pot for 5 min with a punch of salt . 2. Put it in a bowl of minced meat and crush bread in. Use high pressure for 12 min and after 10 min natural release after this quick relies on Note: you may serve peppers with rice or potatoes.
