GRATEFUL Challenge 2015 - Day 1 of 28 - Who's IN?!?

I think we all go through cycles of high and low energy depending on what's going on in our individual lives at the time, and for me the past several months have harbored some challenges I could have done without.. but then it is time to get back to basics and re-learn to remember and appreciate the things we have and the people in our lives that make our days worth living... so when a friend suggested to try a "Grateful Challenge", I gave it some serious thought and decided, why not?! Certainly can't hurt anything and could end up being fun and even a positive experience for some of you that decide to share in it! Some of you will likely be thinking, "uh oh, Rick's losing his mind already", Lol... but I can assure you it's nothing of the kind...
