Building a cruising sailboat I have finally finished putting those last stringer pieces around the boat and can now make a start inside. I begin by prepping the bow section and then progress to the forepeak/forecabin where I seal everything and begin fitting the forward bunk with thoughts about the water tanks. Tony's Tool Tips returns with the Bosch professional cordless planer. Music tracks "Sit and Wonder" and "The Great Divide" available on iTunes, Amazon etc. EP "Shake a Leg" and album "Out of the Moloch" All music from these videos is available from: https://ynotb.bandcamp.com/album/the-sv-tapatya-tracks If you like what you see, leave a tip in the Tips Jar; http://www.svtapatya.com/the-tips-jar.html Follow the build, along with the story of my first cruising adventure (The Miss Molly I Adventures) on my website; http://www.svtapatya.com Support the build, the vlog, the blog and the writing on; https://www.patreon.com/sv_tapatya Or follow me on Instagram for various shots of my boating life; https://www.instagram.com/sv.tapatya This is the story of my building of a Jay Benford designed, 31.8ft, junk-rigged, schooner dory. The boat utilises a hard-chined, plywood construction and this design of boat is a proven, capable, ocean-going vessel. Boat building with plywood is a relatively easy and cost-effective way to produce a strong, monocoque-style boat hull. These videos aim to show the way in which I go about it. Thank you! Tony
