This is it!! 771 nautical miles offshore across the Labrador sea. We are sailing from Twillingate on Newfoundland, Canada to Qaqortoq on Greenland. The weather is quickly changing and passing between low pressure systems and timing the arrival to the ice limit is a tricky challenge. Compared to the other crossings we have done, this is also harder because of the cold. It takes a lot more energy to do stuff when it requires getting in and out of foul weather gear. But seeing the icebergs, and knowing we made it, makes it so worth it! Conditions like these are definitely not for everyone! Hope you enjoy sharing this milestone with us!
