I made a chickpea snack and zoodle dinner - eating clean and healthy to finish off the day! Tried FullyRawKristina's Sweet Curry Noodle recipe. Chickpea Recipe: Preheat oven at 400 degrees Lightly salt chickpeas on sheet and place in oven for about five minutes. Take out and add small amount of sesame oil (mine isn't roasted, so there is very little flavor vs. extra virgin olive oil), sprinkle dried curry over and mix around. Bake for another 10 minutes or so, checking on it. Should have a crunch exterior and soft interior- almost like french fries.
