Disabled Comments on Family Based Youtube Channels and Parent Blogs

YouTube has started disabling comments sections of family based YouTubers and parent bloggers - they are also demonetising videos that they perceive as having unsavoury/predatory comments.. not content - but COMMENTS. Our mission has always been to produce informative, friendly and wholesome content for family viewing and our comment section has been the primary source of engagement, which we monitor carefully. So we have no idea why this has happened, how long it will last or why so many innocent channels like ours are effected. We've had ZERO communication from YouTube on this and can only apologise. WE DID NOT DISABLE THE COMMENTS SECTION and don't see why they are persecuting creators like us or how this will prevent any perceived threat to kids on YouTube.
