Cruising from San Pedro to Redondo Beach, CA (April 2021)
In this episode, Debbie and I try a new destination: Redondo Beach. We leave under a small craft advisory. Debbie takes the helm! Wind and swell are directly on our nose, which means we are bashing with the motor on to our destination. We have some epic dolphin sightings and see two mola mola. Unfortunately, the swells are a little much for the admiral and has to fight thru some seasickness. After some debate and turnabouts, we decide to press on for our destination. The moorings at Redondo Beach are cheap: $24 for up to 65-foot vessel. We were close to the bait barge and sea lion dock. It was a bit noisy, be we still enjoyed our stay.
