Come and join us in Costa Rica! It's been a long time since we've seen our family so it is extra special to be able to sail to my brothers home town and have my parents visiting at the same time. We enjoy quality family time over Christmas and New Years both on our boat and in the town of Playas del Coco. My brother, Mal, shows some of the crew a fun little surf spot. They take us to Rio Negro Hot springs for a day in the hinterland surrounded by rainforest and soaking in volcanically heated pools on the banks of a river. And an epic all time trip to Witches Rock surf spot to catch some amazing waves with the offshore Papagayo winds making a clean fun wave for the kids to play on. After enjoying the Guanacaste province and spending time with Uncle Mal, Aunty Anisa and cousins Maverick and Denzel we say goodbye and prepare to head south down the coast of Costa Rica with Minnie and Pa onboard.
