Action from the first day of the 2014 Chubb Jr. Championship regatta in Traverse City, Michigan. The singlehanded Smythe Trophy, sailed in Byte CII's, and the double handed Bemis Trophy, sailed in Club 420's, both had practice days with instruction from the US Sailing National Coaches. The triple handed Sears Cup began today with three races completed in the local fleet of Interlakes. Aerial shots by Jake and Alex Anderson.
