Chair Yoga on Impossible Dream - May 4th

Together, with our partners from Dharma Yoga Studio of Coconut Grove and the Woody Foundation we have come together to offer weekly live-streamed Chair Yoga classes taught by the wonderful Natalie Morales. The Chair Yoga classes will be offered every Monday and Thursday starting at 4:00 pm, broadcast live from the Impossible Dream on the beautiful waters of the Biscayne Bay. We invite everyone to participate by tuning into our Facebook page wherever you are located for an hour of relaxation and connection. At this time of uncertainty, we feel compelled to continue providing our followers with consistency, hope, and community while moving through this together.
