A big THANKS to @christianjensen6425 for asking whether tenders, toys, and chase boats are included with the sale of a superyacht. There is no hard and fast answer to this question, but here I outline the usual conditions. The important thing is to know what IS included and what is NOT included BEFORE you make an offer!
