My very first sailboat purchase. A video montage in Fort Pierce, Florida of buying a 1971 Chris Craft Caribbean 35 and performing the water trial. Sunburst has an 11 ft. beam and a 4.9 foot draft with a full keel and skeg mounted rudder. The engine is an inboard 54 Hp 2010 Yanmar diesel fitted beneath the sole of the salon with a Velvet Drive transmission. • Equipped with 2 dual frequency sonars(50/200). One is thru-hull, the other is in-hull. • Garmin 32 mile radar • Garmin touchscreen Chart Plotter with GPS • Garmin Auto Pilot with 70,000 pound linear drive • 100 gals of fresh water • 80 gals of Diesel fuel • Stainless steel Hot Water tank (shore power or engine) • Raw fuel cabin heater (wood, coal, charcoal) • Engine cabin heater (12v blower, heater core) • Dual Stainless Steel sink • Stainless Steel refrigerator (12v/110v) • top load freezer (12v/110v) • Commander external dual fuel filter system • 10 gal Holding tank, Y-valve with Sanitize system • Electric macerating toilet (12v) • Pressurized water to galley and head • Fresh water foot pump in galley and head • Water filter in galley • Propane gimble stove with 3 burners and oven • Propane alarm and electric cutoff system • Smoke and CO2 alarms in both cabins • Marine VHF radios (2 mounted, 1 hand held) • Marine SSB (powers up but condition unknown) • WiFi extender • Central heat and A/C (shore power only) • Sloop rigged with 130% Genoa and head sail (both 3 yrs old) • Dingy Davits and separate Outboard Lift
