Ingredients: 500 g white flour 400 ml of Luke warm water 4 teaspoons of instant yeast 1 teaspoon sugar 1/2 cereal spoon salt 3 cereal spoons of dried milk Note: This dough is very very sticky. Don't add anything to make t not sticky - It is supposed to be! Make sure you knead the dough for a minimum of 10 minutes - better still 15 minutes Let the dough rise covered until it doubles in size. It will take around 90minutes in the Turkish heat in the summer. I "pour" the risen dough straight in the tin so I don't knock out the air bubbles. No clue what the oven temperature is on-board - I just turn not up to full on - I am guessing it is about 200 C. For AR
