The 38-foot Arcona 380Z is a 100% energy autonomous sailing yacht. It is the first boat manufactured in series to integrate a solar mainsail: the SolarClothSystem by UK Sailmakers. The system prints ultra-flexible photovoltaic cells directly onto the sail’s cloth, providing a capacity of 1kW.
