This drink takes a little prep the day before, but it's a great crowd pleaser. Mixing the drink together the day of is fast and easy, which makes it perfect for a large group! Happy birthday Colin! Thanks Kim for organizing such a fun marathon adventure. A Tiki version of the classic Tom Collins- recipe below Combine in shaker with ice: 2 oz Basil infused Gin 3 dashed orange bitters Splash of pineapple juice Shake and strain over fresh ice Top off with equal parts soda water and Prosecco
