www.LittleYachtSales.com Innovation in design, excellence in engineering, and an incredible layout make the Hunter 310 a great midsize cruiser. The interior boasts two private staterooms, each with their own privacy bulkhead (not just a curtain). Great natural light is plentiful throughout the cabin with multiple hatches and screened ports as well as the Hunter wraparound windshield. Entertaining or dining, the salon can handle family or friends with ease. The large dinette easily converts to a double for extended families and the settees offer plenty of storage as well. Topsides, the Hunter 310 has an immense rounded cockpit that allows all the crew to participate or kick back as they desire. The stern rail seats are up and out of the way, and a custom console houses the standard VHF and instruments as well as the engine controls and compass. Twin drop leafs allow for cockpit dining, and there is plenty of storage under the seating. The helm seat hinges aft, leading onto the walkthrough transom complete with propane tank storage and a retractable swim ladder with a cockpit shower. Above the cockpit is the integrated arch which serves as an attachment point for both the mainsheet as well as the optional bimini. This layout keeps the cockpit clear, uncluttered, and ready for action. Going forward, there are serious nonskid and clear side decks due to the innovative rig arrangement. The B & R fractional rig, with its swept-back spreaders, eliminates the need for a backstay. Mast struts and reverse diagonals give all the strength needed while allowing for a smaller section aloft. For the sailor, this means more stability. Hunter Marine's keel boats are the backbone of the Hunter fleet. These spacious and comfortable cruisers are incredibly appointed from the rich fabrics to the top-grade hardware. Hunter Marine The Hunter Marine Corporation was founded in 1973 to build truly affordable sailboats. Warren Luhrs, Hunter's chairman, has personally logged thousands of ocean miles both single-handedly and shorthanded aboard his ocean racers. From these floating laboratories hundreds of new ideas have been born. The same B & R rig that powered his boats into the record books also power the Hunter fleet. A lot has changed over the years, but Hunter Marine continues its commitment of bringing the sailing public the best performing and most accommodating sailboats at a reasonable price. What a great shakedown cruise on this awesome new Catalina 315. We motored from Kemah down to Galveston and cleared the jetties at 9:00 PM. Had a great downwind ride and made Port O'Connor by 5:00 PM the following day. Motored South down the ICW to Aransas Bay and anchored for a good nights rest. Underway early the next day and made Corpus Christi late the next morning. The Catalina 315 was very comfortable and a great performer. She is an enormous amount of boat in a 31 foot package. The 410 forms part of the backbone of the Hunter family cruiser fleet. The deck layout of the 41-footer has been designed to accommodate a full crew for sailing and/or entertaining with an open and uncluttered layout. The cockpit has been set up with a number of space-saving features, such as an integrated arch with the traveller located up top. It keeps the area free to provide additional room and seating to handle a full crew with ease. It also doubles as an attachment point for the optional bimini. Extra storage and a custom console are also benefits of the wider cockpit that extends all the way to the gunwhales. The flip-down pilot seat and walk-through transom make boarding easy and safe, while taffrail seats and dual transom lockers complete the package. Set up for short-handed cruising, the mainsail is utilised as the larger sail, rather than with a conventional rig with larger genoa. The fractional rig is set up with swept-back spreaders and full roach main and a furling jib. Dual single line reefs lead aft.Other features include offset anchor rollers and optional underdeck windlass to make the job of handling ground tackle easier. Coaming wells keep the halyards and sheets organised, while all lines lead aft to the cockpit to make short-handed sailing easier. The under deck layout is designed to make cruising a comfortable experience. The central saloon features abundant hatches and ports to keep the area bright and well ventilated. The polished dining table is central to entertaining and to serving meals, while elegant fabrics and a rich teak interior convey a warm atmosphere. The starboard-side galley has an open layout with wide Corian benchtops, a three-burner range with oven, microwave, and triple access refrigerator-freezer. Again, storage and utility has been a priority in the design, and a number of items such as a rubbish bin, dishware and rack and ample cupboard space are fitted in the standard layout. A separate nav station houses all the electrical controls as well as providing space for electronics. Located aft is a shower head with vanity and storage. Dual access is provided to the large head to help keep it private yet convenient for all those onboard. A master stateroom is located aft and features a queen-size berth, hanging lockers, and a host of storage facilities right down to the hanging carry-on closet. Spaciousness and ventilation was again a priority, with good lighting, overhead hatches and full headroom in the cabin. Forward is a full-size double stateroom with its own en suite. It also features overhead hatches and storage via a number of drawers and hanging lockers. Call Little Yacht Sales today at 281-334-6500

The listing broker sold this boat to the current owner 3 years ago. She is priced lower than the other boats on the market because she needs some repairs and has some deck delamination around the chain plates. The estimate for these repairs could be as little as $2K or as much as $6500. The boat is not damaged inside and actually shows well. Other Observations we have made are: Her Air conditioning system is also not working and will require some servicing or upgrades (est is $3-4K) Her batteries are at the end of their life and need replacement. The wind instrument and the autopilot appear to be not working but could be minor to repair Her universal diesel has under 900 hours. She is priced to sell and owners are looking for offers.
