If you listen to the various discussions around the docks, you know that there is significant disparities among sailors concerning fixed docks and floating docks. For Toni and I, nothing beats a floating dock and we think most catamaran sailors would agree. Fixed docks required line adjustments, fender movements, and simply getting on and off the boat safely depends on the tides. However, a floating docks are a set it, and forget it. This was a short project just to see what can be done with an iPhone an iPad in QuickTime. All footage was shot on our iPhones, a 4 and a 5. It was then copied to our iPad and edited using iMovie for the iPad. The project rules were that it had to be edited in 10 minutes, not counting download and upload.
