It’s SO easy to show the results, the smiling faces, the cute poses, and new outfits - but behind all of that is the REAL work that gets put in every day. 👉🏼 I always am as real and authentic with you guys as I can be on here - including showing the weaker moments and the tough times of my training sessions. Results come from pushing yourself a little bit more with every opportunity. That doesn’t mean going balls to the wall with every workout - sometimes that just means getting yourself to the gym, on the days you have absolutely ZERO motivation to be there. 🌧 It’s not always going to be pretty. The 6 AM wake up calls, the early nights, the sacrifices… but there is no better feeling than knowing you’ve shown up for yourself over and over again. Let’s fking get ittttt ❤️‍🔥
