The sailboat is our 2010 Precision 18 trailer sailer, s/v "Mandatory Fun." Winds were perfect, so I sailed "wing-on-wing" along the rugged shoreline on a dead downwind run under a full mainsail. This is one of three galley layout options being offered.  This option is for a wide open lower countertop and one upper cabinet unit. This is really well suited for having countertop cooking appliances, which is our plan. Another options is to have the upper cabinet and then a lower cabinet under it in which a small microwave could be housed. The final option I have to clarify with James and I will update this description when I find out.
