It's not Maine, the Pacific Northwest or British Colombia...I'm sailing a Colorado lake nestled high in the beautiful Rocky Mountains. The sailboat is our 2010 Precision 18 trailer sailer, s/v "Mandatory Fun." Winds were perfect, so I sailed "wing-on-wing" along the rugged shoreline on a dead downwind run under a full mainsail. Filmed with the Insta360 X3 mounted on the stern pulpit with the 3 meter selfie stick. Music: "Friendships" by Pascal Letoublon Subscribe and follow @ColoradoSailing on YouTube for more original sailing videos, gear, boat maintenance, sailing tips and travel content as I sail my Precision 18 trailer sailer and Precision 16 sailing dinghy in Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, Wyoming and South Dakota. #sailingchannel #coloradosailing #extremesports #sailing #insta360

Provare a metttersi in fuga con un Bénéteau Flyer 6, era un azzardo. Forse la giacca rossa mi ha mimetizzato poco... forse 😂

This knot is called a round turn and two half hitches. And the round turn of two half hitches is a fantastic knot for tying on fenders. This is a short lesson from our Catamaran sailing Masterclass knot tying lesson. http://masterclass.nautilussailing.com It's also a great knot for tying your dinghy up to a piling. So here are the steps to do a round turn and two half hitches. You go all the way around your stanchion or the dock post, leave quite a bit of tail. So there's our round turn we like to go over and you come back through that triangle, tighten it up, and the second time we come under. And then back over and that tightens it up. And that's a clean looking round turn, two half hitches. And you can see how that is a real strong, solid knot that's gonna hold your fenders or your dinghy to a dock.

This far south in Fuerteventura the raw rugged landscape is out of this world.
