It's not Maine, the Pacific Northwest or British Colombia...I'm sailing a Colorado lake nestled high in the beautiful Rocky Mountains. The sailboat is our 2010 Precision 18 trailer sailer, s/v "Mandatory Fun." Winds were perfect, so I sailed "wing-on-wing" along the rugged shoreline on a dead downwind run under a full mainsail. Trip took 5 days, 22 hours. Spent 1 day in doldrums watching phosphorescent micro organisms lighting up around our boat and the dolphins swimming alongside. Also saw brilliant meteor shower, flying fish and flying eels. Westerly 36 Corsair S/V Natalie
