Setting out from Saint-Raphaël on France’s Mediterranean coast, we embarked on an unpretentious mini-cruise, where we not only tested a hybrid catamaran equipped with the Joool system (identical to that used by Fountaine Pajot) but also noted the charging and energy consumption. Las jarcias firmes deben cambiarse en los barcos de vela a los diez años de uso. Su gran problema es el óxido que puede provocar la rotura de los terminales y la consecuente desarboladura del mástil. Esto es muy peligroso, ya que puede herir gravemente a los tripulantes. En esta ocasión le ha tocado al barco de Julio. Además de la jarcia, toca reparar a fondo tanto el enrollador de proa como el de popa.
