Schön, dass du hier bist! Wir, Emely und Tjark, haben uns den Traum vom eigenen Segelboot erfüllt, eine Maxi84, relativ spontan und ohne das ganz große Geld. Das Boot müssen wir noch umtaufen auf den Namen Meera. Wir nehmen dich mit auf unsere Reise von blutigen Anfängern zu hoffentlich passablen Seglern. Bevor wir uns in die Wellen stürzen können, liegt noch ein Berg an Arbeit vor uns. Umbauten, Änderungen und vor allem der Sportbootführerschein müssen erledigt werden. Außerdem müssen wir noch lernen richtig zu segeln. Du kannst dich also schon auf die nächsten Videos freuen! Nautical artist, David Schor, is travelling in Europe creating commissioned art works and gathering imagery for new original paintings. He posted this clip from the San Remo Yacht Club in Northern Italy .... "On the day before the final race, the Yacht Club of San Remo held an informal event. As a jazz band played excellent music, an exquisite buffet was served. The sailors mixed, compared experiences and hopes for the final race.
