Such a cool side-mount diving configuration was shown by our #divebuddy here as we dive into the popular #divesite in #Komodo. One of the dive sites in #Komodo is indeed famous for its strong currents, which makes this technique the perfect application, which can help reduce drag and improve hydrodynamics. Underwater area of sailing boat on video is covered with so called blanket. Last time bottom was cleaned about year ago. The idea is that on the so-called blanket, marine growth will be less caught, and what gets caught will be easy to remove. The result of the test is that a lot of marine growth was collected, which even the high-pressure washing could not remove. It had to be removed with scraper.
