Aside from dying your hair pink and growing a beard, here’s 5 slightly easier ways to transform your physique and become an absolute UNIT by the end of summer: 1) Incorporate athletic training: sprints, plyometrics, full body sessions, recovery days. Get the most out of each workout 2) 1-2 times a week mobility sessions. Squat deeper, move smoother, stay injury free. 3) Prioritize deep core strength over superficial ab workouts. Tighten your waist and double your lifts. 4) Do the hard exercises. Not good at something? You’ll always stay stuck if you never make an effort to improve. 5) Push yourself. Lift a heavier weight than last week. Don’t stop until the timer beeps. Your muscles are stronger than your mind. #fitnessmotivation #fitnessjourney #fitnesstips #summerworkout
