After kindly being gifted a cook book by a Trinidadian vendor at the Central Market in Port of Spain I've been practicing cooking different local dishes. It's a style of cooking that's jam packed with spices and fresh ingredients that pack a punch in terms of flavour! Our Morgan 415 oi ketch is for sale (boat trader online) as we prepare to move onto GalaxSea. Leaving at dawn, drove all day. dropped off the dinghy, ensured the solar was charging and her batteries were full--then turned around and drive most of the night home. Should have brought the dogs.
