deI used 15 herbs. Normally each family in Ibiza have they own recipe. And it can be from 7 till 21 herbs. But everyone tells it have to be odd ( so no divide by 2). And the best time to collect herbs is in May or June. I used rosemary, marjoram, frigola, rue, fennel, anise, juniper 2 types, mint, peppermint, salvia, oregano, lemon and bay leafs, lemon zest and anise liqueur. https://velaboatworks.com/ We pulled the Vela 368 Catamaran out of the shop for a quick clean. At this stage, she's got high build primer on the gunnel cap. The console and helm seat are fastened in place. Now we are about to take her out for a spin to see how she rides with the extra weight.
