This is Wanagi She comes from the Standing Rock Soiux Nation. Cannon Ball North Dakota, She was born January 2017 and was found in a dumpster. I was at Standing Rock working as media for the Water Protectors at Standing Rock Fighting the NODAPL Endbridge Pipeline and Man Camps. I was sitting around the sacred fire offering tobacco and prayers a woman walked from out of the snow storm reached in herr jacket and handed me a 5 week old Mange covered pup she had just found in one of the camps dumpsters. Well I took one look into those eyes grabbed the pup and put her inside my coat where it was warm and dry. She lived next to my heart for the first month of her life. She has saved my life many times since and is now a Registrered Service Dog and helps me with instability and balance issues from my spinal injuries.

Ragazzi, non c'è verso! Per quanto si cerchi di programmare i lavori di cantiere alla perfezione, la vita sul mare è incerta per definizione e i ritardi si accumulano come le cambiali! Io ho finito i lavori sulla Maruzza, la mia barca a vela che mi porterà in Africa. Adesso è perfetta e pronta ad andare ovunque. Ma la Pasqua ortodossa ha colpito e il cantiere, come tutto il resto, ha chiuso i battenti per una settimana... Quindi c'è poco da fare, se non festeggiare con gli amici, sperando che la prossima settimana porti una bella gru che possa mettere in mare la Maruzza. This is truly a one of a kind tour that we have tailor made with the help of our hosts at Pelagic Safari in Cabo San Lucas. This tour is all about getting in the water and snorkeling alongside some of the ocean's most charismatic creatures. For one week we will indulge in the bounty that the Sea of Cortez offers with stops in Cabo San Lucas, La Paz, and Magdalena Bay on the Pacific coast. March is arguably the best month for snorkeling the Sea of Cortez as it's when all the big animals congregate here. With a bit of luck and the first hand knowledge of the team at Pelagic Safari we can expect to swim along side whale sharks, playful colonies of sea lions, sea turtles and a variety of shark species like blue sharks, silkie sharks and possibly smooth hammerheads. What's more is that this time of year coincides with whale season, so you are not only likely to see humpbacks, gray whales, blue whales, and orcas from the boat, but you may be able to swim along side them as well!
