OCEAN BREEZE is a second generation Volvo Open 70, started in 2008 as TELEFONICA BLUE, designed by the Farr office and built by King Marine. She entered the following edition of the VO-race as SANYA LAN. Now she is ready for race-charters, incentives and corporate sailing. After a big overhaul and a brand new set of sails she is stored in a heated boat shed 30 minutes from Schiphol, Amsterdam in the Netherlands. Ready for new adventures. Meet Kate, one of our crew members here at Sail San Diego! Kate has been on our crew for almost a year now & is one of the friendly faces you’ll meet upon arrival at our sailing lounge & retail shop before setting sail. Kate is a mom of three, 2 of which were twins born on Halloween! 🎃 🎃 She’s an incredible addition to our crew and loves any chance she's able to hop on board a sail. ⛵️ When asked what her favorite thing about sailing is? Her response: Feeling the warmth of the sun 🌞 and just being able to disconnect for 3 hours while out on the water. 🌊🌊
