Lors de la 51ème édition du salon nautique à flots de La Rochelle, le Grand Pavois, Yves Parlier (fondateur de Beyond the Sea) et Éric Pélaprat (technicien spécialiste de la traction par kite) envoient le LibertyKite® 80m² sur la plage des Minimes (La Rochelle) par vent faible. Cet envoi marque le début de la commercialisation de cette aile qui est à l'heure actuelle la plus grande aile LibertyKite® que commercialise Beyond the Sea.

At the westcoast of Portugal, about 50 km below Porto, you'll find the charming city of Aviero. On it's canals, the moliceiro boats sail. They look stylish and elegant like a gondola. In the past, this type of boat was used to collect seaweed in the lagoon. With a kind of rakes that are attached to the boat, the weed could be removed from the shallow bottom. It was then used as fertilizer in agriculture. Now these Portuguese boats are now used for tourist boat trips. It was a pleasure to see them pass by, with happy tourists in it. The canals have colorful bridges and I made a video of a violinist standing next to the bridge, as the moliceiro boats pass by.
