We had just finished installing our Auto Pilot and took her out so we could do the calibrations. Well, while we were out, we couldn't help but take her for a "spin" - please forgive the expletive at the end, I just couldn't contain myself! If you enjoyed the video, please give it a thumbs up! Subscribe at http://youtube.com/svrocinante We're a Live-aboard, Sailing Couple and we started this journey almost 14 years ago, when we purchased our first sailboat, a Catalina 30 TRBS in 2003! A lot has changed since then and we hope to share our ongoing adventure with the world! As we start to add content, you'll find that this is much more than a sailing channel, it is about embracing life & finding out how little you need to be truly happy! We'll share beautiful sunsets, gorgeous vistas, amazing food and most importantly the exceptional people we meet along the way. So join us as we continue our journey and you just might decide to get out there yourself - if nothing else, we're sure to make you smile! I am living my dream, on a sailboat on the Pacific Coast. One nigh on the dock of the marina with a powerful light and a small net, exploring the flora and fauna of the Pacific. Learning to identify species and their food value. This is a Kelp Crab. Supposedly good eating, albeit quite small. This one went back to it’s home.
Everyone's safe - that's what counts Didn't make it under sail this time, but there's always next year... @rolexmiddlesearace Statement Regarding the Mast Break on the XP 44: The boat has an existing prior damage that was not properly repaired. Therefore, the damage does not originate from X Yachts, but rather from a mistake made by a Croatian boat builder. @xyachting is one of the highest quality yachts currently on the market, and we can confidently say this based on our long-standing experience with our own boat.
