The Lion’s Tail features an unusual ingredient, Pimento Dram, aka Allspice Dram. It’s spicy and festive, perfect for the holidays! Ingredients 2 ounces Bourbon ¾ ounce lime juice ½ ounce Pimento Dram (sometimes called “allspice dram”) ¼ ounce simple syrup Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake hard for eight to 10 seconds. Strain off the ice into a cocktail or coupe glass. Garnish with a lime peel, a lime wheel, or nothing at all. Navegamos haciendo bordos en ceñida, dando 45 grados la proa al viento de nuestro querido Aristos Tres, un Fortuna 9 que nos hace cumplir nuestros deseos. Al doblar la Punta Couso, que el la parte más septentrional de La Costa e la Vela, arribamos hasta dejar el viento 135 grados por la aleta de estribor. Luego de un par de trasluchadas, llegamos a nuestro destino: La Ría de Aldán. I giorni passano e si avvicina sempre di più il secondo grande salto. Sono passati ormai 3 mesi quasi da quando siamo arrivati qui e davanti a noi abbiamo ancora quasi un mese. Un mese in cui prepareremo Julia (carena, rigging, check motore, check vele,…) e prepareremo noi! Ci aspetteranno più o meno 18 giorni tra st marteen e le Azzorre, ma il periodo dovrebbe essere uno dei migliori. Comunque, non vi perderete nulla. Come sempre, verrete con noi e seguirete da vicino i preparativi. Un abbraccio forte a tutti, la testa inizia a tornare a casa! E avremo mille modi per incontrarci tutti insieme, stiamo già pensando a qualcosa…… ma è troppo presto per parlarne!! A domani, che è SABATO! Andrea
