Just kidding, the new deck won't be cardboard! But this cardboard template is pretty brilliant, now I can cut out the plywood in the perfect shape and I will know it's going to fit. Two pieces coming together with one seam down the middle. The plywood will get glues down with epoxy glue and lastly covered with fiberglass! Oh hey how do you like the look of the new samson post?
