A tempestade chegou sem avisar, às 7h da manhã, e tentou jogar nosso barco contra uma frota inteira. Estávamos sendo arrastados com força total em direção aos outros barcos. Era bater ou agir. Martin segurou o timão para não batermos, arrastando a âncora com 60 metros de corrente no mar, enquanto eu lutava com o guincho que travou. Quatro meses na marina cobraram o preço em ferrugem bem na hora em que a gente mais precisava de agilidade. Peguei uma chave de fenda para forçar a corrente... ela estourou na minha mão. É nesses momentos que a gente percebe o quanto é pequeno diante da natureza. Com a âncora em cima, percebemos que estávamos cegos. O único aparelho com a carta náutica atualizada estava sem bateria, não podíamos nos mexer sem o Navionics, mas não podíamos ficar parados onde estávamos. Ficamos ali, ganhando tempo no motor enquanto o celular carregava os primeiros 5%. Foi o suficiente. Navegamos até essa baía protegida a sotavento onde estamos agora.
