Without internet or home delivery, you have to be self-reliant. For this reason, we usually fit a simple and robust electrical system into our offshore cruisers. A system that can be owner-maintained and repaired easily – anywhere in the world – with nothing more than a screwdriver. Our new R41 Motor Yacht, however, may only be hours from assistance, not weeks. Even so, we wanted to ensure you can rely on the technology on board. We understand the comforts and information motor yacht owners need and have come to expect. We have sought out the most reliable solution to offer these. We didn’t want to use a system that needed a computer and the internet to be repaired by a separate company. And we don’t want a small electrical component to ruin your time on board. We chose the Mastervolt CZone digital control and monitoring network as standard for our R41. In true Rustler fashion, it offers owners a way of manually overriding the network by moving a fuse. Το Women in Yachting Conference σχεδιάστηκε από την ONDECK Events με στόχο να γίνει ένα δυναμικό βήμα διαλόγου, έμπνευσης και συνεργασιών. Η διοργάνωση τόνισε ότι η ισότητα δεν αποτελεί μόνο ηθική επιταγή, αλλά και στρατηγικό πλεονέκτημα για τις επιχειρήσεις του σήμερα. Αναδείχθηκε η ανάγκη για: πολιτικές που στηρίζουν τη γυναικεία επιχειρηματικότητα, ευκαιρίες κατάρτισης και mentoring, εργασιακά περιβάλλοντα που προάγουν τη συμπερίληψη, δίκαιη εκπροσώπηση σε ηγετικές θέσεις, ενίσχυση της ορατότητας νέων γυναικείων προτύπων. Οι συζητήσεις των πάνελ, από τις πρωτοπόρες που άνοιξαν δρόμους σε έναν απαιτητικό χώρο, μέχρι τις νέες επαγγελματίες της τεχνολογίας, του σχεδιασμού και της βιωσιμότητας, ανέδειξαν τον καταλυτικό ρόλο των γυναικών στο μέλλον του κλάδου. Ένα συνέδριο που ανοίγει νέους ορίζοντες Η ONDECK Events δεσμεύεται να συνεχίσει και να επεκτείνει τον θεσμό, θέτοντας τις βάσεις για ακόμη πιο στοχευμένες δράσεις τα επόμενα χρόνια. Το Women in Yachting δεν ήταν απλώς μια ημερίδα· ήταν μια εμπειρία που άγγιξε καρδιές, ενεργοποίησε συνειδήσεις και άνοιξε νέους ορίζοντες για το μέλλον του κλάδου.
