The new Sunbeam 29.1 is equipped with a hydraulic swing keel. Optionally, the keel can also be steplessly adjusted electrically at the touch of a button from the cockpit. This allows us to respond to low water levels and offers owners maximum flexibility in their choice of sailing area. With a length of 9m and a width of 2.5m, the boat is easily trailerable. Thanks to the hydraulic swing keel, which has a minimum draught of 0.85m, the boat stands low on the trailer and thus guarantees a relaxed and safe journey to its destination. A high-performance full carbon foil package designed for strong wind racing. The mast is produced using T700 carbon fiber composites making it stiff, durable and very light. The fuselage has a slightly larger diameter to further maintain the stiffness and reduce flex between the parts. Anhedral 720 cm2 front wing shape minimizes cavitation for a more predictable and comfortable flight. The profile is optimized for slalom speed in top-flight foil racing. Tail wing angle can be adjusted on the beach or even in the water, which is critical to race performance. No spacers are needed. I bought this massive solarpanel a while ago, guess what, it doesn't fit on the roof. So to make it fit my old canvas canopy will have to go and I will build a new hardtop roof made from marine plywood and fiberglass.
