Still in Cape Town for Day 3. We started the day at the V&A Waterfront Marina; there, we were able to follow the finishing work being done on a Balance 442. This phase, which lasts about 10 days, includes setting the sails, checking the rigging, and finally the Owner's handover after that. Then, we were able to visit the Ullman Sails factory with Tony Strutt. En esta ocasión salí a navegar aún de noche a las 6am, aquí ya eran las 9am y el mar estaba muy fuerte, entre 25 nudos y rachas de 40 nudos con olas de entre 3 y 4 metros. Me lo pasé muy bien. Mi intención era navegar a otra isla a unas 70 millas Náuticas, pero después de 4 horas decidí dar la vuelta y buscar refugio en el muelle más cercano.
