Let's take a quick look at the 2016 Suzuki DF6A outboard engine. Suzuki expert Dave Greenwood will give us a quick synopsis of what's new, and if this motor interests you, there's a whole lot more to be learned about it - just head over to boats.com. Our Outboard Expert Charles Plueddeman wrote an in-depth, detailed review of this new outboard, which he spotted at the Miami International Boat Show. Subscribe to our channel: https://www.youtube.com/user/boatsdotcom For more boating videos, visit http://www.boats.com. boats.com features boat reviews, how-to videos, special features, and information about new boats, boats for sale, and boating products—usually with a dash of fun. Our reviewers test the features, performance, and specifications of each boat, searching out the hidden details for a critical evaluation. If you're shopping for a boat, we want to help you make the best choice. And if you're just looking, we'll try to make it fun too. Subscribe to receive notification of new videos.

In December I crossed the Atlantic from the Canary Islands to Barbados on a friends Lagoon 380. For the first 2000 miles or so we had calms or very light winds and so fellow crew member Erick could fly his drone. After a while you don't notice the swells when on board, it's just a gentle rocking motion. Even when the wind picked up there were none of the "mountainous seas" beloved by the media!
