This is a view of Dunedin Causeway and St. Joseph's Sound. I do most of my day sailing here. It takes me 20 minutes to get here and I can launch for free from the beach.

While there are plenty of collisions in SailGP, some of them pretty major, what strikes me about this one is how shaken both skippers are. Both seem to know but don't say, how much worse this collision could have been in just a metre or so.
