Cosa significa dormire in rada? Vuol dire trascorrere la notte in una baia, protetta da vento e onde, con la barca ormeggiata grazie all’ancora. È un modo bellissimo di vivere il mare. Dormire in rada ti permette di avere un vero contatto con la Natura: potrai ammirare splendidi tramonti sul mare e vedere le baie quando i turisti giornalieri sono ormai andati via. Le onde ti culleranno e la mattina ti sveglierai in posti meravigliosi, subito pronta o pronto per una colazione vista mare o addirittura per un bagno ancor prima di prendere il caffè. Per noi non c’è cosa più bella che svegliarsi così, in mezzo alla Natura. hello! It has been a rough few weeks onboard with working through all of the possible routes and weather windows to sail through the Bahamas during what is supposed to be a very active hurricane season. We would have been rushing through and that just seemed silly. So, we’ve come to the difficult decision that it safest for us to sail north until early fall before making our way back south.
