Il format della regata aziendale è organizzato in base agli obiettivi, dal match race alla regata di flotta al team racing ovunque nel Mar Mediterraneo. La barca a vela accresce il team wellbeing e l’empowerment personale che sia per un meeting aziendale, un incentive, un evento relazionale o un team building. La regata aziendale può diventare un appuntamento annuale con un trofeo challenge da rimettere in gioco ad ogni edizione.

Toni and I continue our winter ritual and went to check on “Moments in Time”. What in the hell were we thinking? It is cold, it is windy, and it is snowing. It is days like this that make us question our sanity. Anyway, I think we learned our lesson. Next winter we will be where the palm trees sway, the bikinis abound, and the rum is plentiful.
