Day 2 of the owner's event Dragonfly Days 2024 offered a bit of wind and rain, but still some very nice sailing, during the Kangaroo Race. In the afternoon we had people visiting the Elvstrøm sail loft in Aabenraa, some people visiting the Dragonfly Yard and a seminar with Oceanvolt. In the evening we ended the day with another seminar, where our dealer from TAN Services in Dubai told about his trip from La Grande Motte, France to Dubai in a Dragonfly 40. On November 20th 2024, our team, with the help of Holbæk Gamle Havns Beddinger brought Hawila back on the slipway. VIDEO CREDITS: Morten Løvschall The crew started early that day to put the last pieces of tarp into place, then Hawila's engine started rolling and we took her on her little tour through the fjord over to the Old Harbour of Holbæk, where the slipway is located. There, we were greeted by the fantastic team of the association behind the local slipway, who went straight into action. It took 3 hours to put her back on land but everything worked out great.
