Il primo esemplare, già in costruzione nel cantiere di Pietarsaari (Finlandia), sarà varato nel 2025. L’architettura navale è di German Frers, come per tutti gli Swan dal 1981, mentre lo studio Micheletti + Partners di Lucio Micheletti ha curato le forme di coperta e tuga, evolvendo lo stile della sorella minore Swan 108.
